Is CBD legal in the UK?
Yes. CBD products containing less than 0.2% THC are legal to buy and consume in the UK for adults aged 18 or over. All our CBD ingestibles carry a Novel Foods application reference number (ours is NF22384) as required by the FSA.
How is your CBD tested?
Every batch is tested by an independent UK-accredited lab for cannabinoid profile (CBD potency, THC levels, minor cannabinoids), pesticide residues, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants. The full certificate of analysis is published on each product page. If a batch fails testing, we don’t sell it.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch same-day if you order before 2pm UK time. Royal Mail tracked delivery is 24-48 hours to most UK addresses. Free on orders over £40; £3.50 flat rate under.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not currently. UK addresses only. Different countries have different CBD laws and we’d rather do one thing well than get international shipping wrong.
Will my parcel look like it’s from a CBD company?
No. Plain outer packaging, no logos, no product hints. It looks like any other Royal Mail parcel.
Can I return it if it doesn’t work for me?
Yes. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. We cover the return postage. Opened products can’t be resold for hygiene reasons, but message us and we’ll do what we can.
How much CBD should I take?
Everyone responds differently. Start low (5-10mg once a day), give it a week, then adjust. If you’re taking prescription medication, check with your GP first — CBD can interact with some drugs metabolised by the liver.
Do you sell to under-18s?
No. Our products are for adults only. We use age verification at checkout.
What’s the difference between full-spectrum and isolate?
Full-spectrum contains the plant’s full cannabinoid and terpene profile (still under 0.2% THC). Isolate is pure CBD. Full-spectrum gives what’s called the “entourage effect” — the compounds work together. We sell full-spectrum because we think it’s better.
Will your CBD show up on a drug test?
Extremely unlikely at normal doses (10-100mg/day). Full-spectrum contains trace THC (well under 0.2%), which is not enough to trigger a standard drug screen. If you have a strict workplace test, consider our CBD isolate range instead.
